Richard and his company really blew me away with the level of service, quality, pride in their work, and how much he cares about the customer being happy. everything was explained thoroughly, and communication throughout the entire process was outstanding! They cleaned up the work area as much as possible each night, and then really cleaned up after they were done with the work. I've never seen a construction company do this and I was very impressed by it. It was a very fair price for such high quality and outstanding work. Guys did a great job. Richard came out exactly when he said they would to quote the job. Price was more than fair and actually a little less than what I estimated. Richard was very thorough in his measurements and quoting. Gave me multiple options and advice towards my patio. They tied in between a old slab and my pool for about a new 20x10 area to give me one big patio. Will be using them again on my future projects and would definitely recommend to any of my family and friends. Mud bugs Construction just finished a major concrete job for my mother & father. They did a fantastic job! It’s hard to find a contractor that’s true to his word and delivers, as promised. My father is a perfectionist, he knows exactly how how to do the job himself. However, his age does not allow him to do it himself anymore. This does not stop him from overseeing each step of every process being done at his home. He and my mother wanted me to be sure to let everyone know what a “great” job this company did for them. Richard went above and beyond with the work they have done on our home. First they came out and put two concrete patio slabs on the back. These turned out so well that we hired them again to redo our kitchen and laundry room floors. They put down beautiful epoxy floors. We get compliments on them every time someone new comes over, even from other contractors. They are always happy to work with you on custom ideas. We are currently working with them on a 3rd project. When my wife and I decided to widen our driveway, we had contacted multiple contractors who would never get back with us, would not show up when they said they would, and were unprofessional. Richard came at the time he said he would be here, made measurements and gave me a quote. The day before he was ready to start, I reviewed my expectations with him in person and realized that he had misunderstood what I wanted. He was polite and accomplished, came back with a higher cost, and I was at first shocked. We got two more bids and his was in the ballpark. Because of his professional approach to the misunderstanding, we decided to use him. He was on time, would call if there was a delay and always returned my calls. He clearly laid out the payment schedule and also had it written in an app. I would highly recommend Mudbugs for driveway or concerted work.
